Personnel Department (Office of the Party Committee)

It is responsible for the cultivation of cultural and tourism talents; personnel management, institutional establishment, and labor wages management for the cadres of the agency and affiliated institutions; applications for titles related to culture and art; guidance on the construction of cultural and tourism schools and vocational education on culture and tourism; and organization and coordination of pre-employment training and continuing education for employees engaged in the culture and tourism industry. It also handles the daily work of the Party committee of the agency and the Party-masses work of the agency and affiliated institutions.
