Finance Department

It is responsible for management and accounting of municipal budgetary and extrabudgetary funds on culture, tourism and radio and television in accordance with the relevant financial system; supervising and managing relevant financial funds and state-owned assets; supervising and guiding the procurement of the agency and affiliated institutions; supervising and guiding the evaluation of the financial performance of the agency and affiliated budget units; and assisting in the application of development funds on culture, tourism and radio and television.
