​Exchange and Cooperation Promotion Office

This office is responsible for drafting municipal policies on cultural and tourism exchanges and cooperation, and organizing implementation after approval; formulating marketing strategies and annual plans on tourism and organizing implementation; organizing cultural and tourism promotion activities; developing the cultural and tourism market; promoting cross-regional tourism cooperation and guiding cultural and tourism enterprises to cooperate and exchange with foreign enterprises; undertake exchanges and cooperation between governments, civil societies and international organizations in the field of culture and tourism; coordinating the development of aviation, railway and high-speed road networks, and developing tourist routes; and guiding the development of domestic (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and international flight routes, charter flights and special trains.
