Public Service Office

It is responsible for drafting municipal public service policies on culture, tourism and radio and television and development plans on public cultural undertakings, as well as organizing implementation after approval; guiding, coordinating and promoting public cultural services and public tourism services; drafting standards for cultural and tourism public services, and supervising implementation after approval; guiding the construction of supporting facilities for development of culture and tourism; leading the mass culture, minority culture, minor culture and elder culture; guiding the construction of libraries, cultural centers and grassroots comprehensive cultural service centers; and managing the tourism distributing system, consulting services, tourism infrastructure and other public service systems and public service facilities.
