Huaxi adds six intangible cultural heritage projects

The municipal government of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently announced the list of the sixth group of municipal intangible cultural heritage projects -- and six from Huaxi district were on the list.

Covering traditional skills, folk literature and folk customs, they are: Guizhou pottery making skills, Huaxi beef noodle making skills, roast chicken making skills, Qingyan Shuanghua vinegar making skills, Huaxi Miao Shuge Festival and Miao Mihua ancient songs.

At present, Huaxi district has a total of 55 intangible cultural heritage projects, including one at the national level, 14 at the provincial level, 13 at the municipal level and 27 at the district level.
