The Huaxi tourism strategy competition was launched on Aug 18 at the Raorao Camping Base in Huaxi district's Gaopo village in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The competition will last for three months and collect tourism strategy ideas from the public via the official "Huaxi Tourism" (花溪旅游) WeChat account.
The contest is evidence of Huaxi's dedication to creating a tourism destination brand and an attempt by the district to organize all-in-one tourism promotion through online marketing.
It encourages participants to share their travel experiences in Huaxi district using pictures, audio, videos and text documents, allowing more people to learn about the area's tourism offerings.
