More than 100 people from South China's Guangdong province arrived by train on July 18 in Guiyang -- capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- becoming the first trans-provincial tour group to come to the city.
The tour group will stay in Guizhou for five days and visit Guiyang's Qingyan Ancient Town, the Huangguoshu Waterfall outside the city of Anshun, the Zhangjiang scenic area in Libo county and other attractions.
The tour buses are being disinfected every day and come equipped with hand gel, antiseptic wipes, masks and thermometers to guarantee the safety and health of the tourists.
On arrival in Guiyang, the group tour was met by a welcome ceremony. The tourists said they were immediately impressed by Guizhou's lush, green environment and eagerly looked forward to the trip.
