The Yunling Star OPC (one-person company) Community, located in the Guiyang Economic and Technology Development Zone (GETDZ), joined the Global OPC Innovation Alliance on Oct 9. Operated by Guizhou Shu'an Technology Co, the community focuses on digital security, AI, and digital talent development.
The community includes a training academy and a demo hall, offering entrepreneurs skills training, professional certification, and startup incubation. It also supports talent cultivation, micro-enterprise incubation, and the exploration of operating models.
The Global OPC Innovation Alliance, which was established in Shenzhen on Sept 9, 2026, aims to integrate industry resources and foster cross-sector collaboration and ecosystem building for entrepreneurs, enterprises, academic institutions, and investment organizations.
Joining the alliance signifies the community's entry into a professional development phase. The community will use the alliance's global resources to co-develop industry standards and share resources, attract external industrial resources, foster innovative enterprises, and contribute to the growth of the local digital economy.
