Guizhou Guicai Innovative Technology Group (Guicai) is a national-level high-tech enterprise, a green factory, with 21 years of expertise in the R&D and production of aluminum-based composite materials. The company supplies leading corporations, and its products are widely applied in sectors including aviation, wind power, rail transit, and new energy vehicles.

Using a data-driven smart factory platform, the company’s intelligent upgrades have increased daily production in its vertical spraying workshop from 8 metric tons to 30 tons, with peak capacity reaching 36 tons.
Guicai holds 29 patents, including eight invention patents. The company also undertakes provincial and municipal research projects to address challenges such as homogeneity and weak technical capabilities in the aluminum processing sector.

The company collaborates with local universities on industry-academia-research projects and has achieved several core technologies at the domestic advanced level. It has established an aluminum alloy forming production line with an annual capacity of 1,072 tons. The product portfolio has expanded to 11 categories, covering 4,500 series and 30,000 varieties, with medium- and high-end products accounting for 60 percent of its offerings.

Guicai is investing 450 million yuan ($62 million) in a new energy technology project that, once operational, will have an automated production line for aerospace aluminum profiles and is expected to achieve an annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan.
