By the end of 2025, the company had achieved revenue of 12.49 billion yuan ($1.71 billion), completed 236 million orders, and boasted 3.28 million active shippers and 4.59 million active drivers on its platform. Addressing challenges in traditional highway freight, such as demand-supply mismatches, fragmented capacity, and high empty mileage rates, the company uses big data and AI, introducing digital tools like intelligent vehicle-to-cargo matching, smart dispatching, risk management, and freight payment systems to reconstruct freight business processes.
The company has opened its digital capabilities to small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Guizhou, promoting the intelligent upgrade of regional logistics. Powered by its self-developed Full Truck Alliance Large Model, the platform has launched AI-driven intelligent vehicle searches, improving shipper-to-driver matching efficiency by 40 percent and reducing average empty distance per trip by 27 percent.
The company is also delving into heavy-duty truck autonomous driving, conducting scenario-based testing in collaboration with the industrial chain, and exploring pathways for commercial implementation.
