The list of proposed projects for the 2026 Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Plan has been announced, and two projects from Guiyang Economic and Technology Development Zone (GETDZ) have been selected. The projects were submitted by Guizhou Aerospace Kaishan Petroleum Instruments Co (Kaishan Instruments) and Guizhou Botao Electronics Technology Co (Botao Technology), respectively.
The two selected projects fall within the fields of advanced equipment manufacturing and new materials, both led by technologically innovative enterprises in the zone with strong growth potential and the capacity to promote high-quality development in their respective industries.
Kaysam Instruments is a leading domestic enterprise specializing in oilfield measurement and control equipment. It is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a Little Giant enterprise under the national specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative initiative. Its independently developed systems have already been applied in several major oilfields. The current project focuses on key technologies for intelligent injection allocation in offshore oilfields.

Botao Technology, located in the Xiaomeng Industrial Park of GETDZ, specializes in the field of electromagnetic functional materials. The proposed project focuses on the research and development of advanced high-performance aramid honeycomb-absorbing materials, a cutting-edge technology in the field of new materials.
