In 2018, the company embarked on a comprehensive digital transformation, establishing an intelligent manufacturing cloud platform powered by big data, integrating every step of the industrial chain, including research and development, production, sales, and management.
The company reduced its production costs by more than 30 percent after the transformation, shortened product development and delivery cycles, and increased its annual output value from tens of millions of yuan to 850 million yuan ($120 million).

This marked a transition from traditional aluminum processing to the production of high-precision industrial aluminum.
By 2025, the company independently developed high-precision industrial aluminum products worth 40 million yuan for distributing to the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions, achieving a breakthrough for Guizhou's high-end industrial aluminum industry by shifting from importing to exporting.

Guizhou Guicai plans to launch the second-phase high-precision industrial aluminum extrusion project, which is expected to begin production in August 2026 and generate an additional annual revenue of over 100 million yuan.
Within five years, the project is expected to contribute an additional annual output value of 1 billion yuan, advancing the company's transformation into a comprehensive service provider for the industrial chain and driving the high-quality development of Guizhou's aluminum industry.
