Guiyang Xinhengtai Industrial Co (Xinhengtai) has grown from a small supporting factory for Guiyang Hisense Electronics Co (Guiyang Hisense) into a specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise, spanning two major sectors: electronic information manufacturing and new energy vehicle (NEV) components.
Strengthen core competencies under the leadership of industry giants
After Guiyang Hisense settled in the city's Xiaomeng Industrial Park, Xinhengtai followed and became a supplier of TV back panels for the company. Under its rigorous demands and guidance, Xinhengtai enhanced its production standards and supporting capabilities.
Xinhengtai established an R&D team to develop new products aligned with the needs of leading assemblers. Inspired by the innovation-driven efforts of major manufacturers, the company has secured 27 patents, including 16 related to television back panels, all of which have been transformed into tangible achievements.
Reshape production through technological empowerment
In Xinhengtai's TV back panel stamping workshop, the traditional image of a worker-intensive factory no longer applies. Following automated equipment operation protocols, workers simply hang the back panels on rails, with subsequent processes handled entirely by machines. At the end of the production line, an AI visual inspection system performs final quality checks.

Through smart transformation, Xinhengtai has aligned with Guiyang Hisense's pace to capture the large panel market, significantly increasing its first-pass yield rate for new products.
Diversify through industrial integration
Based on market analysis and technological capabilities, Xinhengtai launched its production line for NEV battery-cooling components at the end of 2024. After obtaining the necessary qualifications last year, the company entered the NEV supply chain with support from the Guiyang Economic and Technology Development Zone and established itself as a tier-2 automotive components supplier.
