The Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) held a special job fair for college and university graduates at Guizhou Aviation Vocational and Technical College on Sept 12.
The job fair aimed to provide a platform for both companies and graduates, offering services such as policy implementation and rights protection to facilitate the employment of graduates looking for work.

Some 41 companies from both within and outside Guizhou province participated in the job fair, collectively offering over 300 jobs spanning various fields, such as mechanical processing, computer science, and CNC technology, with a total demand for over 3,000 positions.
More than 20 participating companies were from Guiyang, with over 10 from GETDZ.
Guiyang Huafeng Aviation Co in GETDZ recruited for positions in craftsmanship, inspection, and fitter roles, seeking over 10 workers. According to the company's vice general manager, Xu Wenjun, the company is about to launch a new factory in the Xiaohe-Mengguan Industrial Park, aiming to expand its team to over 200 members, with this recruitment drive intended to meet production needs.
One 2025 graduate, Jin Niege, majoring in mechanical design and manufacturing, talked with representatives of multiple manufacturing companies during the job fair and has already chosen his preferred employer.
GETDZ's human resources department stated that this year, GETDZ has organized a total of 12 specialized recruitment events through a combination of online and offline approaches.
