According to Li Yanlei, the company's vice-general manager, Guicai strives for toxic-free production and waste resource utilization. In 2018, the company invested nearly 30 million yuan ($41.47 million) in advanced environmental protection equipment, including a wastewater treatment plant with a daily capacity of 800 metric tons and an exhaust emission treatment system.
Guicai has actively responded to the "dual carbon" policy by conducting carbon audits and developing new technologies to reduce energy waste. Today, the company's product portfolio has expanded from single-type sprayed aluminum to 11 categories and 4,500 series of aluminum alloy for building materials. Its annual production capacity has increased from 3,000 metric tons in 2012 to 50,000 tons.

In 2023, Guicai expects to achieve an output value of 800 million yuan and generate nearly 10 million yuan in taxes, positioning itself as a leading example of green manufacturing in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
