In recent years, the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has made efforts to build a national first-class big data security industry gathering area and a hub for considerable data security talent.
A batch of big data companies have settled in GETDZ and are developing rapidly, and Guizhou WingsCloud Technology is one of them.
Established in 2017, it is an innovative high-tech company committed to providing customers with leading trusted data exchange, trusted data control, and trusted artificial intelligence product solutions.
In November 2020, the company settled in GETDZ's Guiyang Big Data Security Industry Demonstration Zone.

To speed up the development of the big data security industry, GETDZ established a wholly State-owned company – Guizhou Shu'anhui Big Data Industry Development Co, to fully promote the construction of the demonstration zone.
The demonstration zone has introduced 68 significant data security and related companies, including two of China's top 50 big data and network security companies.
GETDZ has also promoted the integrated and innovative development of big data and the real economy and implemented new infrastructure projects related to community intelligence, ecological intelligence, and middle data platforms.
