The Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) and the National Luohe Economic and Technological Development Zone signed a cooperation agreement on the joint construction of the two zones, on May 16.
GETDZ is located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Located in the southeast of Luohe, a city in Central China's Henan province, the National Luohe Economic and Technological Development Zone is the only State-level development zone in the city.
It has initially formed an industrial structure with food production at its core buttressed by four major industries including hydraulic technology, intelligent food equipment and the modern services industry.
The two zones will carry out multi-level and all-round cooperation and exchanges in the fields of industrial matchmaking, park co-construction, and investment promotion.
On the day of the signing ceremony, Xu Junsong, secretary of the Party working committee of GETDZ, visited a number of quality projects in the National Luohe Economic and Technological Development Zone, such as the Leatop Smart Factory and Weilong Industrial Park. He also participated in the 20th China (Luohe) Food Expo.
