Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, held a promotional event for talent, projects and finance in Fudan Software Park in Shanghai on April 20-21, with over 50 talent representatives from enterprises, universities and research institutes participating.
At the event, senior officials of GETDZ introduced the zone's industrial foundation and human resources and explained supporting policies for participants in an effort to encourage them to invest in the zone.
Participating enterprises showcased their project advantages, talent teams and technological innovation as well as expressed their intention to cooperate with GETDZ in the future.
What's more, GETDZ visited the Global Talent Exchange Center Headquarters and the WatsonBuild Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center in Zhangjiang AIsland, where they furthered their exchange in talent introduction, scientific and technological innovation and project cooperation.
The event has been held since 2021 and is intended to recruit innovative and entrepreneurial talent from across the nation. To date, more than 10 high-quality projects have been put into storage, and five talent teams have come to GETDZ.
Moving forward, GETDZ plans to strengthen exchange and cooperation with advanced and developed regions to attract more outstanding talent teams to invest in the zone.
