Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) and Guiyang Vocation and Technical College in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, jointly held a job training camp activity on April 14-15, with nearly 50 students from the college participating.

The activity aimed to enhance the employment competitiveness of graduates from cooperating colleges in GETDZ, attract more graduates to the zone, and provide intellectual support for industrial development.
During the activity, industry experts were invited to conduct systematic training in six sections: career planning, resume making, task progress, transposition recruitment, interview response, and actual combat drills.

"The training camp offers rare and systematic job-seeking training. It not only helps to solve the career confusion experienced by many, but also increases the practical experience of job hunting and entry through simulation drills. I will apply the knowledge I learned in the training camp to help me look for work, so as to improve myself and find my ideal job," said Wu Youxing, a student from Guiyang Vocation and Technical College.
Moving forward, GETDZ will continue to organize similar activities to further school-enterprise cooperation, smooth communication channels, and help enterprises in the zone hire outstanding talent.
