Construction on the Guizhou Space Intelligent Manufacturing Basic Part Industrial Cluster in the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, is progressing smoothly.
It is a major investment project in Guizhou, receiving a total of 4.4 billion yuan ($640.01 million) in investment.
It is expected to be put into operation in the second half of this year.
After completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 120 million high-end electronic components, 340,000 precision micro-special motors, 50,000 precision sensing and measurement and control instruments, 4 million precision gears and various other products.
The annual output value is expected to be 10 billion yuan, generating 1 billion yuan in taxes and employing more than 3,000 people.
