A project by Guizhou CASIC Control Technology Co – based in Guiyang Economic and Technological Development (GEDTZ), Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – was included in the 2022 list of intelligent manufacturing standard application pilot projects.
The list was jointly released by the Standardization Administration and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The project is an intelligent factory and includes the construction and application of system platforms, intelligent production lines, and intelligent equipment, as well as the application and evaluation of intelligent manufacturing standards.
Pan Jiwen, deputy general manager of Guizhou CASIC Control Technology Co, said that, in recent years, the company's market orders have surged, and the only way to complete orders without increasing the number of personnel is to adopt new information technology and smart devices.
The company, which is a national high-tech enterprise that develops and produces inertial systems, servo systems and other aircraft automatic control systems, will increase capital investment and formulate implementation plans.
It is estimated that it will take two years to realize digital production and intelligent management and control and realize the integrated management and control of product production process and digital production workshop so as to fully meet the needs of digital production.
