Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) has offered entrepreneurship guarantee loans to alleviate financial difficulties for small and micro enterprises.
As of November this year, a total of 24.41 million yuan had been distributed as guaranteed loans for entrepreneurship, among which, 11 small and micro enterprises had received 23.89 million yuan ($3.75 million) in loans and three individual entrepreneurs had received 520,000 yuan in loans.
For enterprises that apply for entrepreneurship guarantee loans, GETDZ provides one-stop services.
The zone has clarified procedures and timeframes for policy consulting services, application acceptance, pre-loan inspection, secured loans, loan issuance, and post-loan management.
Along with banks, the zone provides enterprises and individuals with policy consultation, credit inquiry, on-site inspection, loan review and lending services.
In recent years, GETDZ has promoted the development of small and micro enterprises and individual entrepreneurship and employment through loan interest discounts and fee subsidies.
According to statistics, from 2013 to September 2021, the zone had issued more than 500 million yuan in entrepreneurship guaranteed loans, helping 8,907 people start businesses, thereby supporting the development of 111 small and micro enterprises and creating 30,000 jobs.
