The taxation authority of the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) has taken a variety of measures to ensure that enterprises benefit from preferential policies since the implementation of the preferential policy for micro, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to postpone the payment of taxes and fees in the fourth quarter of 2021 in early November.
GETDZ is located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
GETDZ's taxation authority has expanded promotion of the policy and quickly notified eligible taxpayers by telephone, WeChat, and tax-enterprise interactive platforms.
For key enterprises, the authority provided door-to-door and one-to-one services to ensure all relevant entities are informed of the policy.
The authority also organized training for tax service staff members, tax administrators and other frontline personnel to ensure that they are familiar with the system operation process and can answer relevant inquiries from taxpayers accurately and efficiently in accordance with a unified standard.
More than 100 front-line personnel and tax administrators have participated in learning or training sessions thus far.
In addition, in the process of postponing payment of taxes and fees, the authority has established a system to learn about problems encountered in the process, and report them to higher-level departments.
