A signing ceremony for streamlining cross-provincial business – conducted by the administrative service center of the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone and 39 regions in 15 provinces – was held online on Nov 10.
The zone, also known as the GETDZ, is located in the city of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
The signing was led by the administrative examinations and approvals service bureau of Zhanhua district – located in Binzhou city in East China's Shandong province.
The goal was to form a government affairs service cross-provincial cooperation alliance with the 39 regions in the 15 provinces and the district – including Shandong and China's Northeast Liaoning province and North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
Some 140 agreed cooperation items under the accord cover such fields as education, employment, social security, medical care and pensions. They also cover such fields as births and marriages, as well as the registration of market entities and enterprise-related business licenses.
Under the agreement, the GETDZ and the 39 regions will move to create a favorable development environment for enterprises and to promote the modernization of the government governance system and governance capabilities. It will also move to continuously improve the convenience of government services and the sense of satisfaction being experienced by the enterprises.
Specialized personnel will be responsible for the administrative windows that handle packages and documents in the various regions. Through the online work operations mechanism, the handling results will be provided free of charge by post to the home-based services.
