Construction on the Xingdatong Digital Industrial Park in the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, started on Sept 17.
With a planned investment of 350 million yuan ($54.13 million), the project has a total area of 110,000 square meters.
It is being built by Xindatong Intelligent Technology Co, a leading technical service company in Guizhou. It has continued to develop in the fields of big data and software applications, informatization operation, and maintenance services.
The project will consist of a big data product research and development base, an information industry ecosystem base, a research and development exhibition center, a technology innovation center, a science and technology incubation center, a smart manufacturing factory, and other supporting facilities.
After completion, the project will make "soft and hard product integration" its core goal to provide services to upstream and downstream enterprises.
Focusing on big data technology services, information security and reliability technology, and smart city emergency and reliable solution technology, it will build an informationized supply chain service ecosystem integrating big data application software development and supporting hardware intelligent manufacturing.
