The Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) located in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province, held a signing ceremony for industrial projects on Sept 11, seeing agreements for 13 projects signed with a total investment of 4.24 billion yuan ($657.3 million).
