The development of an industrial financial system in Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) was rated as a provincial reform pilot in Southwest China's Guizhou province on June 22.
The GETDZ's industrial financial system integrates the resources of the government, enterprises, financial institutions, intermediaries, and other parties, and provides customized financial services for enterprises of all kinds.
During the development of the system, GETDZ enriched the financial industry and established a multi-level credit supply system with policy funds, government incentives, policy financing, and market loans as the main lines.
It has relieved financial pressure on private micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, guided and promoted the accelerated accumulation of financial resources such as banks, funds, insurance, and guarantees, and enhanced the ability of financial services to serve the real economy.
To effectively promote the construction of the industrial financial service system, GETDZ has also established a leading group for the development of industrial finance and has formulated 14 supporting measures.
