The talent information service platform of Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) was officially launched on Jan 28.
The innovative platform uses internet technology to serve talents and is an important measure to improve the service level for professionals in the zone.

It aims to build a multi-dimensional service platform that integrates talents, finance and social services to promote the continuous optimization of talent development.
The platform includes the talent service website of GETDZ, the corporate talent database and the one-stop platform for corporate services.
It covers eight functional sectors, including talent policy, public services, talent recruitment, event training, online consultation, news trends, big data analysis, annual labor inspection and filing.
Through the platform, talents can handle diversified services such as talent apartment applications, subsidy applications and policy product loans online. Meanwhile, companies only need to register an account to learn about the policies of the entire district.
GETDZ can now better understand the needs of talent services, enrich talent management and service methods, and rely on the platform's talent data analysis to support policy formulation.
