Yingke Yipin, a Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone's financial service platform, has helped more than 90 enterprises gain about 270 million yuan ($41.79 million) of loans through its five policy financing products, according to local media reports on Jan 13. The development zone is in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
With the help of Yingke Yipin, the conventional financing costs of GETDZ enterprises have been set at around 7 percent. Combined with the discount and insurance policy in the zone, after the superposition of policy products and procedures, the financing cost of an enterprise is about 5 percent. As such, the total financing costs of enterprises have been reduced by 60 percent.
In the past year, Yingke Yipin has established a diversified value-added service system. Through multi-dimensional government-enterprise cooperation, the platform has developed the ability to provide companies with talents services, financing guidance and enterprise cultivation guidance.
