A project from the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) – located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – was recently selected as a pilot demonstration on a national list of network security technology applications in 2020.
The project is called the "digital twin city security protection system".
The list of 177 projects was announced on the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Nov 10. The GETDZ project is the only one selected in the big data security category from Guizhou province.
It is developed by Guizhou Shu'anhui Big Data Industry Development Co Ltd.
And it is one of the key projects in the zone's first phase of new digital infrastructure development. It is an important support for the zone's new infrastructure for digital security and is an upgrade of the first phase of the Guiyang national big data security range.
Through the implementation of the project, the zone has been focusing on building a city level comprehensive big data defense system.
The selection of the project fully demonstrated its innovation and advanced nature.
It embodies the potential and capability of the big data security industry and new infrastructure in the zone. These will help to further stimulate the overall big data industry and its development.
