Recently, Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) issued new policies aimed at supporting the development of its private equity fund industry, according to GETDZ officials on June 15.
The GETDZ -- located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- plans to attract private equity fund managers and private equity funds to come settle and develop in the zone, so more capital can go into funding its major industries.
According to officials, the GETDZ will provide qualified private equity fund managers and funds with settlement support, business support and a raft of other incentives.
