A driverless minibus from Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) became a highlight of the "Robot City" section at the first Davos Tech Summit, held on July 1 in Switzerland.

The RoboBus, developed by PIX Moving and nicknamed the "Potato Bus" by Guiyang residents, carried global participants along public roads at the foot of the Alps, showcasing Guiyang HIDZ's latest achievements in physical AI and urban robotics.

With physical AI at its core, the RoboBus can perceive and understand complex urban environments in real time. Its modular design allows it to transform into a mobile bus, retail space, or office unit, offering flexible "robotics-as-a-service" solutions for future cities.

From Guiyang HIDZ to the global stage, RoboBus represents the zone's growing innovation capabilities. Pix Moving has filed more than 200 patents worldwide, and its autonomous driving products have been deployed in over 30 countries and regions, spanning urban transport, scenic tourism, and industrial parks.
