Five companies from the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) in Southwest China's Guizhou province have been selected for the 2026 list of Guizhou Advanced Smart Factories, highlighting the zone's progress in promoting intelligent manufacturing and industrial digital transformation.
A total of 55 enterprises across the province made the list following a review process that included company applications, local recommendations, and expert evaluations. The designation recognizes manufacturers that have achieved a high level of digital integration in production operations, process management, and business decision-making.
The five selected companies are China AECC Guizhou Liyang Aero-Engine Co, Guizhou Yaguang Electronics Technology Co, CASIC Guizhou Aerospace Linquan Motor Co, Guizhou Zhenhua New Materials Co, and AVIC Guizhou Hangfei Precision Manufacturing Co. Their businesses span aero engines, automotive electronics, precision motors, advanced materials, and aerospace precision manufacturing.
The companies' inclusion reflects the growing strength of Guiyang HIDZ in key intelligent manufacturing sectors and its efforts to foster innovation-driven industrial development.
As one of Guizhou's leading big data industry hubs, the zone has prioritized smart manufacturing as a key driver of industrial upgrading. Through continued investment in digitalization, networking, and intelligent technologies, it has encouraged enterprises to modernize production and improve their competitiveness.
