Denza Auto held the first global delivery ceremony of its flash-charging models in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, on May 3, marking the worldwide launch of the new Denza Z9GT and second-generation Denza D9.
The flagship Z9GT offers a pure-electric range of 1,036 kilometers, making it one of the longest-range luxury electric sedans in the world. Equipped with next-generation blade battery technology and flash-charging capabilities, it recharges in minutes while maintaining high performance and design appeal. The upgraded D9 extends its electric range to 800 km after a series of major upgrades, further strengthening its position in the premium multi-purpose vehicle segment.
A significant share of core components, including second-generation blade batteries and high-voltage wiring systems, is produced locally in Guiyang and Gui'an New Area, including the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ).
The company said the choice of Guiyang as the venue for its first delivery reflects long-term cooperation and the strong industrial ecosystem of Guizhou.
Future plans include further investment in local supply chains, expansion of direct sales outlets, and accelerated deployment of flash-charging infrastructure to enhance the user experience and support the high-quality development of the regional new energy industry.
