A talent recruitment fair was held on March 11 at Guiyang International Talent City in the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ), attracting more than 40 companies and offering over 600 job opportunities.
Enterprises from a broad spectrum of sectors, including advanced equipment manufacturing, big data, the internet of things, and modern services, participated in the event.
Guizhou Yuanrang Intelligent Big Data Co announced plans to recruit 100 data annotation specialists. The company said experienced candidates could be hired directly, while entry-level applicants could join an apprenticeship program.
The fair drew a steady stream of job seekers. Many young graduates moved between booths with resumes in hand to compare positions and consult employers.
Chen Yutong, a mechanical engineering graduate, said she had submitted five applications during the event. "My major matches the needs of several companies in Guiyang HIDZ. Beyond salary, I'm more interested in their technological strengths and long-term development potential," she said.
To help candidates improve their competitiveness, organizers also set up a career guidance service station offering resume reviews and career planning advice.
According to organizers, more than 600 university graduates and job seekers attended the fair, with over 800 resumes collected both online and offline. More than 200 preliminary employment intentions were reached.
