Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) in Southwest China's Guizhou province has successfully attracted 13 industrial manufacturing projects so far this year, spanning fields such as electronic information manufacturing and advanced equipment manufacturing.
The zone has also established the province's first 24-hour self-service hall, offering services like express certificate delivery, proxy handling, on-site processing, 24-hour self-service, free consulting, and online application assistance, offering all-round support to businesses.
Meanwhile, Guiyang HIDZ is home to a cluster of national-level R&D platforms in the Guizhou Science City, supporting resident enterprises in their innovation and entrepreneurship efforts and helping them cut costs.
To address financing challenges for small and medium-sized tech enterprises, Guiyang HIDZ has introduced the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone Technology-based SME Loan Risk Compensation Fund Management Measures (Trial) in partnership with financial institutions.
Moreover, Guiyang HIDZ has developed the province's first industrial chain sharing platform, known as Kuafu Tribe, and online platforms such as the Shared Technology Station, Shared Financial Pool and Shared Talent Pool to facilitate resource sharing across the zone.
Additionally, Guiyang HIDZ plans to build over 2 million square meters of high-standard, customizable rental and sale factory spaces to meet enterprise needs.
Completed projects include the Electronic Information Manufacturing Industrial Park and the Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park West Zone, offering over 700,000 sq m of high-standard factory space.
High-end headquarters buildings like the Defu Center have also been completed, housing major enterprises such as Power China Guiyang Engineering Corporation Limited and Guizhou-Cloud Big Data.
The 140,000-sq-m Nanyuan Zhigu high-end office complex in the zone now hosts over 60 inspection and certification agencies, 30 incubators and 800 incubated enterprises.
