The Guizhou Technology Exchange Market in Guizhou Science City recently revealed three significant technological achievements from universities in Northwest China, marking a new milestone in its technological advancement.
Among these achievements, Shaanxi Zhipu Weichuang Information Technology Co, in collaboration with Xi'an Jiaotong University, has developed a project titled "On-Machine Monitoring and Intelligent Diagnosis of Wear Status in High-End Equipment."
This project focuses on the important task of developing smart systems for operating and maintaining mechanical equipment, ensuring it remains safe to use. The proposed technology, driven by wear particle information, enables on-machine monitoring and intelligent diagnosis of wear status. It can be used on wind turbines, tunnel boring machines, heavy engineering vehicles, and aircraft engines.
Additionally, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology has developed a project titled "Research and Application of Bimetallic Catalysts for CO2 Reduction Based on Molecular Doping Technology."
This project involves a copper-silver compound catalyst capable of generating divalent carbon, transforming it into a form of highly-valuable ethylene.
The production process is pollution-free, offering an effective solution to carbon neutrality challenges. The project has potential applications in converting CO2 to ethylene within the advanced petrochemical materials sector, and its independently-developed membranes can be used for wastewater treatment.
The Guizhou Technology Exchange Market has rapidly become a crucial platform for attracting scientific talent and technological achievements from both within and outside the province to Guizhou Science City.
To date, the market has amassed over 4,400 technological achievements, spanning fields such as electronic information, advanced manufacturing and automation, biotechnology and new pharmaceuticals, and new materials.
