The Administration for Market Regulation of Guizhou Province recently announced the public listing of the "2024 Guizhou Provincial Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprises Project" funding recipients.
Among the recipients are two prominent enterprises from the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ): Guizhou Xuande Biotechnology Co and CETC Big Data Research Institute Co.
Intellectual property (IP) is the cornerstone of a company's competitive edge. Guiyang HIDZ has long been committed to the "Strengthening Provincial Capital" campaign, implementing a robust IP strategy. The zone continuously promotes IP innovation, utilization, and protection, striving to develop a comprehensive IP protection system. This effort ensures that IP plays a pivotal role in driving economic and social development.
To date, Guiyang HIDZ has nurtured a total of 93 enterprises recognized at various levels as IP demonstration, advantage, and pilot enterprises.
Notably, 56 companies have achieved certification under the "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standards". The ability of these enterprises to leverage the IP system to foster and support innovation-driven development has significantly improved over the years.
