Guizhou Communications Construction Group, a company based in the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) in Southwest China's Guizhou province, made its first-ever appearance at the 15th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum in Macao.
The International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Summit is the most prestigious, largest, and most influential event in the field of global infrastructure cooperation, drawing over 3,500 industry elites from more than 70 countries and regions.
The Guiyang HIDZ company was the only company invited from all of Guizhou province and marked the first appearance of a Guizhou-based enterprise at the summit.
It achieved fruitful outcomes in exhibitions, business negotiations, enterprise roadshows, specialized meetings, and parallel forums.
During the exhibition phase, over 1,000 international delegates visited the Guiyang HIDZ company's exhibition area to learn in detail about the company's comprehensive strengths in investment and financing, transportation construction, project management, technological innovation, and talent pool, as well as its expertise in building mountainous canyon bridges.

In discussions, the Nigerian delegation engaged in cooperative talks with the company on matters concerning the advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative and fostering business collaborations. The bridge group under Guizhou Communications Construction Group has already established an office in Nigeria.
Furthermore, Macao Jianpeng Construction Engineering Co held in-depth discussions with the company, aiming to explore broader practical cooperation through their respective market, technology, management, and talent resources to ensure mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.
Guizhou Communications Construction Group is known for its high level of expertise in the construction of highways and bridges, particularly excelling in the construction of bridges in mountainous regions and canyons.
Its construction footprint spans over 20 provinces and municipalities in China, as well as countries such as Mongolia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
