Guizhou BD Space Information Technology Co (BD Space), a local enterprise from the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Southwest China's Guizhou province, made a notable appearance at the 7th Digital China Summit, showcasing its achievements and innovative practices in the digital economy sector.
Founded in 2013, BD Space focuses on integrated applications of Beidou and digital twin technologies. The company has deeply engaged in various fields, such as green energy, judicial monitoring, smart cities, and intelligent water conservancy, striving to become a leader in the field of spatiotemporal internet of things (IoT).
One of the highlights of the exhibition was BD Space's smart prison integrated security platform. This platform, built on the company's self-developed IoTMap spatiotemporal engine, IoTCenter IoT engine, and Beidou IoT sensing system's MetaSS spatiotemporal digital base, boasts complete independent intellectual property rights.
The platform leverages modern emerging technologies such as digital twins, IoT, big data, and AI to provide refined, standardized, and regulated management for prisons, empowering technology-driven policing.
Additionally, BD Space showcased its self-developed BDKJ GP20 Geodetic GNSS Receiver. This receiver, designed for field geological disaster monitoring, features ultra-high integration, ultra-low power consumption, and multiple "tentacles". It supports multiple data links and can connect to various platforms simultaneously.
As the first GNSS receiver in Guizhou province to receive national metrology instrument type certification, it highlights the company's technical prowess and market competitiveness in high-precision positioning.
The BDKJ GP20 is widely used in safety monitoring for geological disasters, dams, mines, and slopes in regions such as Guizhou, Sichuan, Chongqing, and Jiangxi.
