A total of two science and technology projects submitted by PowerChina Guiyang Engineering Corporation Limited, located in the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ), received approval from the Guiyang Provincial Department of Science and Technology on April 22.
The projects are the "Guizhou's International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Base for Belt and Road Green Prefabricated Building Industrialization", and the "The Guizhou Talent Team for Scientific and Technological Innovation in the International Prefabricated Building Industry".
The first project is oriented towards the development and technology transfer of green prefabricated industries, focusing on the need for new types of building industrialization and green building materials development in Guizhou province and countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.
It will strengthen overseas technological cooperation and exchanges, creating a technology transfer aggregation area and an open innovation highland that integrates technological advantages with regional development.
The second project revolves around the development and innovation of prefabricated building technology, collaborating with domestic and foreign scientific research institutions and universities to create an efficient and deeply integrated innovation system that combines production, learning, research, and application.
It will utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology to integrate the entire prefabricated building industry chain and leverage the strong manufacturing advantages in China to form comprehensive solutions.
The approval and implementation of these projects aim to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces, and promote the digitization, internationalization, transformation and sustainable development of prefabricated building technology.
These projects will effectively drive the high-quality development of the innovation and talent chains of PowerChina Guiyang Engineering Corporation Limited. They are also vital in promoting the industrialization of new types of buildings and in accelerating the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings and green industrialization in Guizhou province.
