According to the industrial development bureau of the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) in Southwest China's Guizhou province, the zone has already commenced construction on five major projects at the provincial level this year, with total investment exceeding 2.9 billion yuan ($397.26 million).
These five newly-launched projects consist of information service and urban construction initiatives.
This year, Guiyang HIDZ has initiated a project planning and reserve system and expedited the processing of various pre-procedural formalities, enhancing project maturity and continuously bolstering the real economy.
To ensure the smooth commencement and completion of projects in accordance with the annual plan, Guiyang HIDZ has further strengthened responsible implementation.
It has issued the "Guiyang HIDZ's Three-Level Responsibility Decomposition Table for Key Enterprises (Projects) to Assist the High-Quality Development of the Strengthening Provincial Capital in 2024," guided by objectives, issues, and results.
This approach facilitates timely analysis and assessment of difficulties encountered during the work process, strengthens overall coordination and disposal, and consistently improves services for key enterprises, thereby leveraging breakthroughs in key projects to drive overall development.
In the next phase, Guiyang HIDZ will prioritize the acceleration of project construction, closely monitoring each project and strengthening analysis, scheduling, supervision, and service efforts to ensure that projects are completed efficiently.
