Guizhou-Cloud Big Data Industry Development Co (Guizhou-Cloud Big Data), a company within the jurisdiction of the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) in Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been awarded the Data Management Capability Maturity Model (DCMM) Level Four Quantitative Management Certificate.
It is the first enterprise in Guizhou to achieve DCMM Level Four certification, with only 13 companies nationwide holding this qualification.
DCMM is the first national standard officially released in China in the field of data management. It distinguishes between data owners (Party A) and data management service providers (Party B).
In recent years, Guizhou-Cloud Big Data has established the largest domestically controllable government cloud platform, focusing on the "universal convergence" of government data.
By emphasizing data governance, development, operation, and trading, the company continuously enhances its data coverage, management capabilities, and quantitative levels.
It has secured over 40 professional certifications, including Data Security Capability Maturity Model Level Three, Capability Maturity Model Integration Level Five, Information Technology Service Standards Level Two, and Information Technology Service Standards Level Three.
This certification represents a full acknowledgment from the national authoritative body of Guizhou-Cloud Big Data's leading capabilities in eight domains of data management: data strategy, data governance, data architecture, data application, data security, data quality, data standards, and data lifecycle.
