As the first national high-tech zone in Southwest China's Guizhou province, the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) has been advancing its industrial park construction, institutional mechanisms, project management and business environment, in order to inject robust momentum into the "Strengthening Provincial Capital" campaign.
In recent years, the Guiyang HIDZ has leveraged its incubation resources, fully exploiting the role of incubators in comprehensive innovation, comprehensive element aggregation, and accelerated full-chain development.
It has been committed to creating an incubation system that attracts and accelerates the aggregation of start-up enterprises and entrepreneurial talents, igniting a surge in innovation and entrepreneurship.

As of now, the Guiyang HIDZ features 31 incubation carriers that have nurtured a total of 2,803 enterprises, with 402 of those having graduated from the incubation program.
During the 2023 science and technology innovation and achievement exchange week, the zone unveiled its "Bailu Chuanggu" plan.
According to this plan, the Guiyang HIDZ will continue to solidify its innovation and entrepreneurship incubation system, which will accelerate the cultivation of a batch of innovative enterprises.
By 2025, the zone's goal is to create a city salon, establish 10 benchmark incubators, nurture 100 exemplary enterprises, and accumulate a total of 1,000 incubating enterprises.
