During a science and technology enterprise incubator exchange seminar held on Dec 5, Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) released its "Bailu Innovation Valley Plan".
According to the plan, by 2025 Guiyang HIDZ will establish nine industry-leading, innovative and outstanding incubators, including the Entrepreneurship Service Center, the Torch Software Park Incubator, the Off-site Incubator Innovation Base, the Electronic Components Incubator, and the Guizhou Science City Incubator.
The goal is to continuously lead the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in the province.
To implement the plan, Guiyang HIDZ has specifically developed "Eight Services and Five Policies."
The eight services include providing free registration, low-cost cloud storage, ERP management technology platforms, intellectual property custody, financial support, cost control, and one-on-one entrepreneurship guidance for enterprises.
The five support policies include incubation carrier assessment rewards and entrepreneurship site support, breaking the financial bottleneck for start-ups, and supporting the organization of innovation and entrepreneurship activities.
