The results of an activity that collected and evaluated exemplary cases of innovation related to the attraction and management of talents in 2023 have just been released.
The case submitted by Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, stood out among nearly 1,900 participants nationwide, earning it the "Best Case Award".
Ranking as the only award-winning case in Guizhou, it showcases the innovative talent management of Guiyang HIDZ.
In response to the challenges posed by having a limited number of high-end talents, insufficient local talents, and restricted entrepreneurship, Guiyang HIDZ has explored a suitable talent cultivation and utilization pathway tailored to its own special characteristics.
