The Administration for Market Regulation of Guizhou Province recently released the acceptance results of the 2021-2022 quality development projects, with two projects from Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) successfully passing.
The first is the "Food Quality and Safety Traceability System Data Service" project by Cloud Guizhou Big Data Industrial Development Co.
It uses modern information technologies such as big data, cloud platforms, the internet of things, and blockchain to build a comprehensive and advanced food quality and safety traceability platform covering Guizhou province.
This enables the tracking of information related to the production, circulation, consumption, and catering services of food and edible agricultural products, ensuring traceability from source to destination, and accountability throughout the process.
The second project was developed by Guizhou Aviation Technology Development Co, which focuses on establishing a forging process control method and statistical analysis system.
By implementing a management system and classifying and summarizing forging design, processing, and procedures, the project aims to reduce the quality loss rate from 0.65 percent to 0.45 percent or below. It also aims to decrease the rework rate from 0.4 percent to 0.25 percent or below, improve the first-time inspection pass rate from 98 percent to 98.5 percent or above, and reduce the batch of metallurgical issues from 2.3 percent to 2 percent or below.
