From January to December 2022, Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) continued to stabilize foreign capital by exploring methods such as overseas equity financing and reinvestment of foreign capital profits.
The use of foreign capital in Guiyang HIDZ last year was estimated at $18 million. The capital came from Japan, Canada and a number of other countries and regions, and the investment structure was consistently optimized.
Moving forward, Guiyang HIDZ will accelerate the attraction of foreign capital, encourage and support enterprises looking to increase their registered capital, and explore overseas financing through overseas investment, mergers and acquisitions.
