Four enterprises from the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, also known as the Guiyang HIDZ – located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – recently made it onto a national list for small and medium-sized technology enterprises in 2022.
A national small and medium-sized enterprise or SME refers to a business that has a sound science and technology management system, strong independent innovation abilities, high product technology content, strong competitiveness and good market prospects.
Such enterprises focus on innovation and rely on sci-tech personnel to engage in research and development, as well as to obtain independent intellectual property rights and transform them into high-tech products or services.
The Guiyang HIDZ companies on the list are Guizhou Duocaibao Internet Service Co, Guizhou Tu Zhi Information Technology Co, Guiyang Golden Stand Finance Technology Co and Guizhou Xinyongtong Technology Service Co.
In the wake of the construction and operation of the Duocaibao digital economy platform, Guizhou Duocaibao Internet Service Co uses cloud computing, big data, the internet, artificial intelligence and other new technologies to be a comprehensive mobile internet service platform and a large digital economy platform for users – they are governments at various levels or corporate customers.
Elsewhere, Guiyang Golden Stand Finance Technology Co provides securitization systems and data service solutions for banks, securities companies, consumer finance and other financial institutions – covering the business needs of the initiators, issuers, investors and marketers of the securitization industry supply chain.
Meanwhile, Guizhou Tu Zhi Information Technology Co has developed an industry supply chain to survey and map geographic information big data – and has become the leading enterprise for spatial geographic information of big data in Guizhou province.
Finally, Guizhou Xinyongtong Technology Service Co provides big data operation systems that it says "records the value of workers, serves and organizes workers". The company says it conducts accurate portrait analyses of personnel and effectively organizes the interconnection of people and production and daily operation scenarios.
