A high-tech enterprise in Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, was one of four enterprises in Guizhou province to be included on the national list of science and technology reform demonstration enterprises.
The enterprise, Guizhou Zhongnan Traffic Technology Co is committed to providing full-cycle full-factor products and solutions for smart transportation.
It has established the "Kaiyuan Hongmeng + Smart Transportation" Smart Transportation Joint Innovation Laboratory, Kaiyuan Hongmeng Industry-Education Integration Training Base, and a national demonstration base for smart transportation scenarios, making significant contributions to the development of the smart transportation industry.
To date, the enterprise has obtained more than 120 independent intellectual property rights.
The science and technology reform demonstration enterprise list was stated by the State-owned Enterprise Reform Leading Group Office of the State Council, and is part of the Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Action Plan.
The action plan aims to reform State-owned enterprises, further promote the deepening of market-oriented reforms, and create a group of State-owned technology-based enterprise reform models and independent innovation leaders.
It focuses on economic benefits, R&D investment, technological innovation and other aspects related to enterprises.
Enterprises on the list have proved their strong reform and innovation capabilities.
